What day planning is in ByggExp

Day planning means assigning the day's and week's work to people and projects — who, what, where and when. In ByggExp you build the plan digitally instead of on a whiteboard only you can see. The crew opens the app and reads their own day, and you get something solid to lean on during the planning meeting.

Getting started — step by step

  1. Open the web admin and go to the planning view for the week you want to plan.
  2. Create one entry per task: choose the project, the location and the people going there.
  3. Add a short instruction — for example \"start with the kitchen demolition, material is on the loading dock\".
  4. Share the plan so it becomes visible in the mobile app for everyone involved.
  5. Run the planning meeting: walk through the day on screen, settle questions and adjust on the spot.
  6. During the day the crew sees their plan in the app and you update it if anything changes.
