What is automatic time tracking?

Automatic time tracking means hours are counted in the background instead of written by hand. When a builder checks in at the jobsite with GPS on the phone the clock starts, and when they check out the hours are summed on the correct project. Everything lands together in the web admin where you stay in control.

Getting started — step by step

  1. Create the project in the web admin and add the crew members who will work there.
  2. Ask the team to download the ByggExp app and sign in to their accounts.
  3. On site everyone checks in through the app — the GPS position confirms they are present and time starts counting.
  4. At the end of the day they check out in the app so the shift closes and the hours post to the project.
  5. Open Time in the web admin, pick a period and project, and review the registered shifts.
  6. Click Export to download a clean time report for payroll or invoicing.
