Getting started — step by step

  1. Make sure the team checks in and out in the app so hours register automatically through the period.
  2. Go to Payroll basis in the web admin and select the pay period, for example a month.
  3. The system totals hours per worker and calculates OB and overtime according to your rules.
  4. Review the rows, adjust where needed and approve any deviations.
  5. Lock the period once everything is correct so no further changes slip in.
  6. Export the basis as a file to your payroll system or payroll bureau.
Hours, OB and overtime are totalled automatically into a finished payroll basis.
