What are reminders?

A reminder is a small note with a date and time that makes the app alert you when something is due. It can be a personal task, a project deadline or a bill to pay. You no longer have to keep it all in your head.

Getting started — step by step

  1. Open the app and go to Reminders or To-do.
  2. Tap New reminder and write what it is about, for example "Order plasterboard for apartment 4".
  3. Pick the date and time you want to be reminded, and set a deadline if needed.
  4. Link the reminder to a project if it belongs to a job, so you find it in context.
  5. Set repetition for anything recurring, like a monthly invoice.
  6. Save — you get a notification on your phone when it is due, and can tick the task off when it is done.

Yes. As long as notifications are allowed on your phone, you get a push notification when the reminder is due, whether or not the app is open.

Yes. The reminders list shows upcoming and overdue tasks, and you can tick them off as they are completed.
